Shipping & Returns

- You have three days to request a refund and send the shoes back. So that means if you receive your shoes on the 1st you must have contacted me and sent them back by the 3rd. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

- You must have a very good reason if you want a refund. You must send pics to our email if you want a refund.

-If the wrong size is given to you, you are entitled to a refund. please wait 1-2 weeks for payment to be back in account.

-YOU CANNOT RETURN SALE ITEMS!!! If you used a coupon code for money off of the original price your order is non refundable for any reason!! or your shoe was a sale item you cannot return for ANY reason.

-If you wear your shoes you cannot I repeat CANNOT return them.

-Shipping takes 1 to 1 and a half weeks.

-Sometimes shipping may take 2 weeks but that is very rare

-Package is usually shipped by United states Postal Service or DHL
